The idea of these kits is to be functional, keeping the process of turboing your honda as easy as possible, using reliable parts whilst also keeping the cost down. What I offer is a drive in drive out supplied and fitted kit for the lowest price possible. I do this because i am keen about turboing these cars, and i also test these components on my own car and use them in Time Attack so you can trust they will perform!

 

I have designed a basic turbo kit that will perform well on most engine configurations, both stock or built, and are flexible enough to suit a large range of power goals.  

 

NWR Basic Turbo Kit:

 

These kits are built using tried and tested components that i would and do use on my own car in competition.

Included in the kit is:

 

• SPA Cast T3 Turbo Manifold, designed specifically to allow the retention of a full width radiator unlike most manifolds (No A/C)

• Precision 5431 Turbo - Fast spool and power potential, good for up to 500hp while maintaining good low boost response

• Branded 38mm Wastegate & Screamer

• 3" Downpipe, tapering to mate with a standard system (or which ever system you have)

• Sump with welded oil drain fitting (exchange for your sump)

• Braided oil feed/Drain with earls type fittings

• K&N intake Filter

• Intercooler (535mm x 190mm x 65mm core) - suitable for 400+hp

• Aluminium Intercooler Pipework & 4 ply minimum silicone joiners to suit the car with clamps

• 550cc Injectors to suit cars up to 350hp

All you would then need to do is drive it to your tuner and have the car mapped (mappable ECU required), unless tuning arranged through myself.

 

Each kit is covered by a 3000 mile or 1 year warranty on the parts fitted from the time of fitment, i.e. if any of the parts in the kit fail, They will be replaced subject to inspection. We cannot however warranty the condition of your engine, nor the tuning post fitment. 

On a standard engine i would advise that these kits are not run above 10psi, again, if you choose to push the engine harder (you will need at least a map sensor change to reliably do this) then it is done at your OWN RISK!. On a forged engine, higher boost and higher power can more safely be achieved.
